Actually, later I may also go through IngramSpark &#8212; we&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also went to myidentifiers.com to order ISBNs and barcodes, but my order is not going through, and their customer support offices are closed until Tuesday &#8212; bummer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think I have a price figured out &#8212; the minimum I can charge and not lose money, especially through extended sellers (those outside of Amazon).  The price will be $9.95 unless, after getting everything setup in KDP, it can be adjusted up or down to keep the price at a minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next step will be to get the book uploaded into KDP.  I wanted to have the ISBN and barcodes in place before hand but now that is not possible.
